The New Moon, and second and final eclipse of this season, is happening Wednesday, October 2nd. The sun is currently in Libra and this will be the last eclipse we have in this sign for nearly a decade- leaving us with an interesting energy in the air.
Usually, when we welcome a New Moon, it is all about new beginnings and planting seeds in our lives. However, this eclipse is helping us finish a story that began around April 2023, when the first eclipse on the Aries/Libra nodal axis began.
Looking back, is there anything that began around that time that is coming back up for you or moving to an end? How have your partnerships changed or grown? How are you balancing you life now, as opposed to then? Overall, what is pushing you to grow and bloom and what is holding you back from it - the age old question.

I am one of those who thinks eclipse season is a great time to put manifestation on hold. I won't fight you over it, but I believe there are spaces in time when it simply makes sense to rest and observe instead of continuously calling in. Listen, I was born 4 days after a full lunar eclipse in Cancer season (and I am a Scorpio rising with a Pisces moon) - your girl lives and thrives on moon magick, eclipse energy, and watery vibes. But I also have respect for the Universe and trust that there are times to grab a cozy blanket and just watch what is meant to unfold.
To me, eclipses are when fated events occur. Expect big shifts that can take us from the path we've been on for a long time and, just like a tornado, sweep us up and drop us in completely new territory. Even if it initially feels bad and scary, this new story becomes our story. It was always meant to be this way: eclipse energy tends to speed things up and, sometimes, has it come about in a very chaotic fashion.
So, ask yourself, have you seen any big changes happen in your life this last month- or to anyone you know? It may not look or feel good right now, but we don't know how this new story will carry us through in the future. What if the event that happened this eclipse season changed your entire trajectory? Personally, I have seen quite a few- including something that was and is very scary for me and one of my twins. We never know what each day will bring, but during eclipse season, we must appreciate that message multiplied by 100.
Even though we will reach the final eclipse on Wednesday, remember that the energy of eclipse season begins two weeks before the first one, and remains two weeks after the last. My advice- don't be scared of it. Know that your story is in the process of being written on overdrive. You are here to be a beautiful human who helps others, so how will each experience you have help you do that more?
Sit back, find gratitude for what you have called in thus far, and observe all the threads of your life and how they may be fraying or growing in this active energy portal.
